Good car but it did smell like cigs

Thank you for the feedback, and I apologize for the cigarette odor. Unfortunately, the vehicle had just returned from a previous trip where a guest smoked in it, despite the vehicle being strictly non-smoking. I did my best to treat the odor before your trip, but clearly it had not fully dissipated. I appreciate you bringing it to my attention.
The host communicates very well. The car was clean. Addition of the car is very well maintenance. It rides smooth.
