Turo 2026 host referral program – Terms & Conditions

To be eligible for the referral incentive program (“Incentive”), both the referring host ("Referrer") and the referred host ("Referred Host") must meet the criteria outlined below. Please read these terms and conditions carefully to understand the requirements and restrictions. By participating in the Program you agree to these terms and conditions.

Referrer incentive eligibility

  • The Referred Host must meet their eligibility requirements.
  • The Referrer must have an active Turo host account in good standing.
  • There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make. ave an active Turo host account in good standing.
  • The Referrer will receive a $300 incentive for each Referred Host who meets the Incentive eligibility requirements.

Referred host incentive eligibility

  • The Referred Host must have or create a Turo account and remain in good standing throughout the Incentive period.
  • The Referred Host must be a new host to Turo and have not completed any prior vehicle listings on the platform.
  • Vehicles must be added in one or more of the following markets: Birmingham, AL / Baltimore, MD / Honolulu (Oʻahu), HI / Kailua-Kona (Hawaiʻi Island), HI / Kahului (Maui), HI / Līhuʻe (Kauaʻi), HI / Memphis, TN / San Diego, CA / San Francisco, CA / Savannah, GA / Seattle, WA / Tallahassee, FL / Tampa, FL / Washington, DC.
  • The Referred Host must complete either (whichever occurs first):

  • Three trips, or

  • Fifteen trip days. A "trip day" is defined as a day that is part of a successfully completed trip. If a trip ends on a partial day it will be rounded up to the nearest day.

  • The qualifying three trips or fifteen trip days must be completed within six months of filling out the registration form.

  • The Referred Host must maintain a 0% cancellation rate while participating in the Incentive program.
  • The Referred Host must have at least one listed vehicle at the time of the Incentive payment.
  • The Referred Host’s listed physical address on Turo must not match that of the Referrer.
  • For a trip/day to count toward the referral requirements, the booked vehicle must never have been listed on Turo prior to the referral and must have a listed address in the United States.
  • The Referred Host must register for the Incentive by completing the referral registration form, which can be found by clicking on the Referrer's unique referral link.
  • The Referred Host's Turo email address and phone number must match the email address and phone number provided in the referral registration form to be eligible for the Incentive.
  • Any eligible vehicles can not be listed on another Turo host’s account in the future and will not be eligible for the Incentive, if found earnings will be deducted from the future host’s account.
  • Bookings made by friends or family of the Referred Host or Referrer will not count toward the Incentive requirements. Turo may use IP address data, geolocation, or other reasonable mechanisms to assess the likelihood of fraud or abuse.
  • Turo retains the right to withhold payment if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or abuse of the referral program.

Payout details

  • Incentive payments will be made to both the Referrer and Referred Host in the month following the completion of the requirements for the Incentive.
  • Incentive payments will be processed within 15 days of the start of the month following the completion of the requirements for the Incentive.

Early Bird $100 bonus

  • Some Referrers may be offered an additional bonus payment of $100 if certain conditions are met. In order to be eligible for the additional $100 payment, the Referred Host must register for the Incentive program by the date provided to the Referrer via email.
  • If a Referrer meets the above requirements for the additional bonus payment of $100, the payment will be made at the time of the Incentive payment following the completion of all requirements.

General terms

  • Turo reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program, or these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.
  • Turo's decision on any disputes regarding eligibility or Incentive payment will be final and binding.
  • By participating in this referral program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
  • As a condition of eligibility for the Program both the Referer and Referred Host agree to abide by Turo’s terms of service and all Turo policies. If a violation is discovered or suspected, either or both parties will be disqualified from the Program.
