5 stars all day. Rented the convertible Porsche for our Vegas trip and it was an absolute dream. The car was kept at the airport for us, so pickup was seamless — no waiting, no rental counter, just keys and go. Spotless, perfectly maintained, and a total head-turner with the top down on the Strip. Communication from the host was quick and professional from start to finish. The Porsche Panamera was an amazing car to drive. It was clean, comfortable, and was smooth and easy to handle. The host was great to work with—very responsive, friendly, and made the entire rental process quick and hassle free. Everything went exactly as expected, Would definitely rent from this host again.

I just finished my rental with Andy’s Porsche Taycan and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The car was absolutely immaculate, drove incredibly smooth, and had more than enough performance to make every trip enjoyable. You can tell the vehicle is very well maintained and cared for. Andy was a great host. Communication was quick, clear, and professional the entire time. Pickup and drop-off were easy and hassle-free, which made the whole rental process seamless. I rented this Porsche as a birthday present for my husband for the day. While I am rating a 5 stars, I did have some feedback. The inside was clean and tidy, nice smooth run. The exterior though needed a wash. At the price we paid for approx 8 hours, it would have nice not to come to the car with bird dropping all over it. Seems like the car may have no moved in some time. Checkin was easy but checkout was a bit complicated as we wanted to return the rental later in the day. While it was confirmed with the host, we had to get Turo involved to get a hold of host to lock the car finally. Everyone was very professional. All in all it was a great experience just some hiccups along the way.
Armen was an absolute pleasure to rent from. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he was incredibly accommodating, flexible, and easy to work with. The Porsche Taycan was spotless, clearly very well maintained, and an absolute joy to drive. It’s a real head turner and turns every trip into an experience. Armen genuinely takes great care of the car. Highly recommend!
We rented Jackie’s 2019 Porsche 718 Boxster, and it performed incredibly well. Her staff were courteous, professional, and always on time,some of the best service I’ve come across. I’d definitely recommend her services. As for Jackie, she was wonderful to deal with-an excellent person to rent a car from.

When you’re booking your first trip, you’ll go through a quick approval process by entering your driver’s license and some other information. In most cases, you’ll get approved immediately, and you’ll be set for every future road trip, business trip, and family vacation!

No, you don’t need personal insurance coverage to book a car on Turo.

When booking a car on Turo, you’ll choose between three protection plans — Premier, Standard, or Minimum — to get the level of protection that’s right for you.

Turo has arranged for third-party auto liability policy to be provided by ERS (Syndicate 218 at Lloyd’s) managed by IQUW Syndicate Management Limited, arranged via Turo’s broker, Lockton Companies LLP — you get unlimited coverage for bodily injury or death to others while coverage for motor third-party property damage is up to £20,000,000.*

Some hosts offer unlimited distance for a trip; others set a daily distance limit. What payment methods does Turo accept?
Turo accepts most credit cards issued by major financial institutions, including American Express and Discover cards, as well as debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo that are linked to a checking account.
Apple Pay and Google Pay on mobile devices are also accepted, but Turo does not accept cash or checks as valid payment methods.
What is the cancellation policy for guests on Turo?
You can cancel and get a full refund up to 24 hours before your trip starts, unless you opt to receive a non-refundable trip discount when you book. If you book a trip with less than 24 hours’ notice, you have one hour after booking to cancel free of charge. If you cancel after the free cancellation period ends, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
In the rare event a host cancels, you’ll be notified immediately so you can book another car, or we’ll help you find one. Your refund can be temporarily held to expedite rebooking, or the funds can be returned to your bank account — your choice.
What are the cleaning and safety policies on Turo?
Under the enhanced cleaning policy, hosts are required to clean and disinfect their vehicles thoroughly before every trip, so you can feel safe and comfortable behind the wheel. Turo hosts have access to training materials on enhanced safety measures and cleaning practices to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 or other viruses.
Is Turo a rental car company?
No. Unlike rental car companies, Turo is a peer-to-peer car sharing marketplace where you can book directly from trusted local car owners in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. Turo does not own any vehicles — Turo hosts share their own personal cars and set their own prices, discounts, vehicle availability, and delivery options.
Is there a fee to add additional drivers to my trip?
There is no fee or additional charge for adding a driver to your trip on Turo. Only the guest who booked the trip (primary driver) can request to add drivers; Turo hosts cannot do it for you. We encourage you to request to add authorized drivers before your trip starts, though guests in the US and Canada can request to add a driver while a trip is in progress with no extra charges.
To speed up the process, have your additional driver create a Turo account and get approved to drive before you request to add them. All drivers must have a valid driver’s license and meet the age requirements for the car you’ve booked. You can request to add drivers via the “Trips” tab in the Turo app without additional driver charges or extra costs.
Are there Porsches available near the airport?
Yes, there are Porsches available on Turo at locations near airports across the UK. To save time and hassle, skip the rental car counter and have your Porsche delivered to you.
