That said, on our highway trip through some mountainous terrain, the small engine and automatic transmission struggled a bit with steep inclines (frequent downshifting at highway speeds) and the ride felt rough due to the compact suspension and small tires. Nothing wrong with this car—it's just its nature as a pint-sized city car. If you're planning highways or hills, consider something with more power for a smoother experience. Excellent experience in every way and so satisfied renting from Andrea who provided me with a wonderful vehicle to drive for 12 days! Andrea was a most gracious host! I could not be more pleased with my choice and am sad to return this wonderful car! The Fiat is a small but very fun car to drive!!! You will not be disappointed - the car definitely gets fantastic mileage on gas which was a big plus and fits in basically any parking spot at all. Andrea was very communicative too, responding quickly after booking and during the rental. Also the car was in beautiful shape! It was extremely clean, well maintained and has cleaning supplies in the trunk! All around perfect experience in every way and I could not more highly recommend a host or vehicle for a terrific rental! This car made my Vegas experience a lot of fun and economical especially with the gas prices getting higher. I’m a truck driver and when I took the car over to where I parked my truck it fit sideways in front of my truck inside of the parking space lines lol. That was a bonus being able to park in the smaller spaces. The car was clean and well maintained. Christina is a great host who is very thorough and quick with any information. She knows her vehicles. I recommend this booking all around I’ve add Christina to my favorites for my next trip to Las Vegas.

Literally EVERYTHING about this car share was AMAZING! From Shane being the nicest most accommodating host, to the included free and unlimited car washes, to the actual Fiat itself! My car, unfortunately, was totaled. So not having a car to get from SE Portland to Beaverton everyday for work has been awful. I’m SO thankful to Shane for sharing his car on such short notice (literally like 2 hours) Plus, don’t even get me STARTED on how much I fell in love with Fiats because of this. Never thought I would drive a fiat 500 but needed something to get me from A to B and great on gas. Owner was understanding and great service I would definitely rent this vehicle again.
Had a pick up delay, not with this car, with a different host but same parking lot. Anyways, with this car, if you’re okay with the loud “monster pickup truck-type muscle-like” sound, then I’d say go for it! They said it used to be a race car lol. The feel is like you’re driving in sport mode, but the sound sounds like you’re racing on a racetrack lol. If you’re not into that type of description I mentioned, then it’s definitely not for you. The drive was smooth, I would definitely rent it again! I only needed it for 3 days, but ended up extending an extra 2 days. I’d definitely recommend! Worth the experience. Strong feel in a small car.
This was an amazing experience. I needed to rent a car long-term due to issues with my own & this was such a seamless process. Easiest pick up/drop off, the host was exceptional and answered all key questions without me even having to ask! Though high in mileage the car ran perfectly and was totally reliable. The ONLY thing was the tire pressure light would come on upon every start and say “tire pressure monitoring unavailable” but there were never any issues with the tires or the drive. 10/10 would recommend.. I’m officially a fiat fan!

Is there unlimited mileage car rental on Turo?
Some hosts offer unlimited distance for a trip; others set a daily distance limit — you’ll need to check on each rental car individually to see if this service is provided. On the vehicle pages, you’ll see the total miles or kilometres you’re allowed to drive under the heading “Distance included.” You can find cars offering unlimited mileage with every trip by using the “Unlimited distance” filter.
Can other people drive the car that I rented?
Yes, multiple guests can drive the car you rent on Turo, as long as they are all approved to drive. There is no fee or additional charge for adding a driver to your trip on Turo. Only the guest who booked the trip can request to add drivers; Turo hosts cannot do it for you. We encourage you to request to add additional drivers before your trip starts.
To speed up the process, have your additional driver create a Turo account and get approved to drive before you request to add them. All drivers must have a valid driver’s licence and meet the age requirements for the car you’ve booked. You can request to add drivers via the “Trips” tab in the Turo app without additional driver charges or extra costs.
* Any personal insurance you may have that covers damage to the host’s vehicle would kick in before your Turo protection plan, except in limited situations for trips booked in Maryland, but this protects your own wallet. Liability insurance is provided under a policy issued to Turo by Travelers Excess and Surplus Lines Company. Terms, conditions, and exclusions apply. The policy does not provide coverage for damage to a host’s vehicle.
