If you're looking for a nice car and an amazing host, LOOK NO FURTHER. I booked Manis skoda on a very short notice after a very bad experience with a host. Mani was an excellent host, communication was prompt and very responsive to messages. The car was amazing in itself. It has got everything you need for the price you pay. Even more! With a head unit with apple car play and android auto. All in all, I can confidently say that thanks to Manis assistance with the rental, my trip was made brilliant. Absolutely fantastic experience with Chris. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire rental. What really stood out was how available he made himself — whenever I needed something, had a question, or needed help with the van, he was always quick to respond and went out of his way to make things as easy as possible. The whole rental process was smooth and stress-free, largely thanks to Chris and the level of service he provided. He was flexible, reliable, and genuinely willing to help at every point, which made a huge difference. I couldn’t have asked for better service and would absolutely rent from Chris again. Great service, very accommodating, they took a last minute booking from me as a previous host cancelled a reservation the day before our journey and eased the stress and made this booking stress free with the remote options. Nice vehicle, nice drive, you can tell a lot of thought, time has gone into the process as they even provide detailed information about how to use the vehicle for those who made not be familiar with cars. The only small criticism i have is the vehicle wasn’t completely clean show room ready would be nice to have a refreshing air freshener smell but besides this it was good for the last minute booking great experience, I would book again if required. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing experience with Amor and his Audi A5! I had such a great booking with Turo and host Amor Hussain, driving his 2018 Audi A5 S line. This car honestly blew me away – it feels so quick and responsive, you’d never guess it’s a 1.4L, it handles beautifully and drives like a dream. The mileage was fantastic too: the booking allowance was 200 miles and I only used 85, such great value for the price I paid. Just one tiny note: I wish the exterior had been fully cleaned when I picked it up, but it was no trouble at all – I just gave it a quick wash myself, absolutely nothing to ruin the experience. As for Amor, he was an absolute perfect host! He was so supportive, helpful, respectful and easy to communicate with from start to finish. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and really went above and beyond. I will 100% be re-booking this car and recommending Amor to everyone I know!

Where is Turo available?
Turo is the world’s largest peer-to-peer car sharing marketplace where you can book directly from trusted local hosts in thousands of cities across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and France.
What do I need to book a car on Turo?
To rent a car on Turo in the UK, you must be 21 years old or older and have held a UK or EU license for at least one year, or another driver’s license for at least two years.
When you’re booking your first trip, you’ll go through a quick approval process by entering your driver’s license and some other information. In most cases, you’ll get approved immediately, and you’ll be set for all future road trips, day trips, and business trips!
Do I need my own insurance?
No, you don’t need personal insurance coverage to rent a car on Turo.
When booking a car in the United Kingdom, you’ll also choose between the Premier (if available), Standard, and Minimum protection plans. Each plan includes different limits of financial responsibility for physical damage, which is an agreement between you and Turo, not insurance. Separately, all trips include up to £20,000,000 coverage under a third-party automobile liability insurance policy provided by ERS (Syndicate 218 at Lloyd’s) managed by IQUW Syndicate Management Limited arranged by Turo broker, Lockton Companies LLP.*
Can other people drive a car that I booked?
Yes, multiple guests can drive the car you rent on Turo, as long as they are all approved to drive. The primary driver (whoever rented the car) can add additional drivers without any fees or additional charges. Only the primary driver can request to add drivers; Turo hosts cannot do it for you. We encourage you to request to add additional drivers before your trip starts, though guests can request to add a driver while a trip is in progress.
To speed up the process, have your additional driver create a Turo account and get approved to drive before you request to add them. All drivers must have a valid driver’s license and meet the age requirements for the car you’ve booked. You can request to add drivers via the “Trips” tab in the Turo app without additional driver charges or extra costs.
What is the cancellation policy for guests on Turo?
You can cancel and get a full refund up to 24 hours before your trip starts, unless you opt to receive a non-refundable trip discount when you book. If you book a trip with less than 24 hours’ notice, you have one hour after booking to cancel free of charge. If you cancel after the free cancellation period ends, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
In the rare event a host cancels, you’ll be notified immediately so you can book another car, or we’ll help you find one. Your refund can be temporarily held to expedite rebooking, or the funds can be returned to your bank account — your choice.
What happens if I have an accident?
If there’s an emergency or an issue with the car, call our emergency roadside assistance provider. They are there to help you get back on your way.
Can I get my car delivered to me?
Yes, many hosts offer delivery to travel hubs like airports, train stations, and hotels, or to custom delivery locations. There are cars available on Turo near hundreds of airports, or you can have your car delivered for pickup and return at your hotel or holiday rental to save time and hassle. Some hosts offer free delivery, while others set their own delivery fee.
How do I get discounts when renting a car?
Many Turo hosts offer discounted prices for weekly and monthly trips so you can get the best deals and lowest rates possible by booking longer trips.
