It's my first time using Turo and Yuran made it a great experience from start to finish. I have a thing for Q50s and the car didn't disappoint. It was clean, reliable and fun to drive. And Yuran was very responsive if I needed anything, even when my plans changed and I needed to extend it an additional week. I would happily rent it again.

It was great. I didn't have any problems and was able to Bluetooth my vehicle. One of my biggest things I liked was that there was a cigarette smell within the car. I called the person and they offered a discount, so I definitely feel like customer service was great! Would definitely rent from here again.
