The Nissan Altima was great. Good mpg, clean, lots of power, great response time. The car needed to be picked up at an off site location called, economy car rental at 2367 India street. A proximity 2 1/2 miles from the airport. You will need to find a ride to their location. The price of taxi will be $30, however we took the free shuttle to the car rental center then walked 20 minutes the rest of the way. The team at this location did a great job, fast, friendly, polite, and after returning they able to offer a ride back to the airport. We would rent this Altima again, and I would recommend this vehicle.
Highly recommend! First of all Rigid was very helpful from the beginning. I wasn’t exactly sure what days I would be arriving at GSO so I had to keep rescheduling the rental, but Rigid was very understanding and willing to work with me! Very well communicated from making the reservation to returning the car. Very easy pickup, the car was dropped off right outside the arrival level, so no long walk to the parking lot or rental car center etc. Clean car with good mpg! Will definitely rent again next time I coming through GSO airport!

I had a really great experience renting this 2019 Nissan Altima. The car was very dependable and drove smoothly the entire time, which made my trip stress free. Everything about the rental process was handled professionally, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow from start to finish.The only downsides were that the radio volume button on the dashboard didn’t work, so I had to use the steering wheel controls to adjust the volume. Also, the regular headlights weren’t working, so I had to drive with the high beams on.Other than those minor issues, I was very satisfied with the rental and host. I would definitely rent this vehicle again and highly recommend it to others looking for a reliable ride.10/10 experience!!!!!

To be honest this was the best birthday I had ever I got a chance to rent a car it was a 25 and it was a drain experience for me even though it may have been a little mishap on my end of overlooking of stressing overwhelmed but that was the point of renting the car to get away away from things but this is I've been the best experience of my life the host was very commutative and respectful and I enjoy renting the car from them it gave me a piece of mind and I'm sorry that my outcome didn't come out as expected but overall I'mma say I still enjoy driving that car it was the first time out of 37 years out of my life I got to rent a car that I can drive that I would want so thank you again for the opportunity and giving me a chance to rent and enjoy the car
The car did everything we needed it to do. We felt like a local, the car was certainly clean for the price. I would rent again because the price was right and it was great on gas. I had an excellent experience renting this 2017 Nissan Altima. Everything about the trip went smoothly, and the vehicle was exactly what I needed. The owner was outstanding when it came to communication and was always quick to respond whenever I had questions, which made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. With gas prices being higher these days, one thing I truly appreciated was the Altima’s great fuel mileage. It was perfect for my trip and helped me travel comfortably without constantly worrying about fuel costs. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Nissan Sentra was an excellent vehicle for my business trip. It was clean, reliable, fuel-efficient, and very comfortable for driving between appointments and meetings. The ride was smooth, the interior had plenty of space, and the technology features made navigation and communication easy while on the road. I especially appreciated the great gas mileage, which helped keep travel costs down. The vehicle performed well throughout my trip and provided a stress-free driving experience. I would definitely rent a Nissan Sentra again for future business travel and highly recommend it to others looking for a dependable and economical vehicle.
Easy pick up and drop off. Car was very clean inside. A/C blows super cold even when it's 100 degrees out!! The windows are not tinted so I suggest bringing your own sun shades if you are going to be parked anywhere but the shade in the summer. Luckily I had those and that made my trip much better. The flip down visors do have the extenders to help block sun while driving thankfully. Charging prices are comparable to current gas prices - about $45 to get 250 miles of charge over a few sessions which is the same as I get from a full tank in my Toyota Yaris. This car DOES have the CHAdeMO fast charge input so it's 30-50 seconds per mile to charge depending on the fast charger & whether you're running the car (AC/radio) or it's fully off. Radio speakers were a little blown out so I had to adjust some settings to listen to my audiobooks but it was easy to do. I had no problem driving from the pickup spot to Kyle, then to the airport, and back into town without needing a charge which was about 90 miles, mostly highway. Just like any Turo rental make sure to take your own photos at pickup and drop off since scratches and such aren't usually documented after every drive by the car owners which seems standard in my experience. Overall a great deal, best price in town especially for a last minute rental. I requested the rental at 9pm on a Tuesday after my personal car died and was able to get this the next morning with no issue. Will definitely keep them in mind when I need a rental near by. I truly enjoyed the 2025 Nissan Altima. Kenneth was the best host ever. He went over details with me upon arrival to pick the car up. On return, he and his wife went over return details with me. The car is older and no frills, manual windows, no auto locks, but it’s clean, well maintained, and runs great. Fuel mileage was impressive which is a huge plus right now. Priced right for what it is and the car itself delivered. My only issue was communication. I messaged when I booked and never got a response, had to contact Turo directly to get my reservation sorted. Once we connected things were fine, but heads up that response time can be slow. Would rent the car again, just know you may need to be proactive about communication.

When renting a car in the United Kingdom, you’ll also choose between the Premier, Standard, and Minimum protection plans. What is the cancellation policy for guests on Turo?

Is Turo a rental car company?
