Carlos was an exceptional leasee. It was my first time renting from a contactless rental agency. Initially, I was somewhat apprehensive and just unfamiliar with the process, but it works quite efficiently. The leasee basically rents his vehicle out to others. The car was incredibly clean and very good with mileage. It was a 2017 Mitsubishi, but since I was only in Chicago for one day, I only needed it from points "A" to "B." The price was quite reasonable, and Carlos' communication was good. There was a slight hiccup regarding my pickup. Although he sent me a text, I didn't receive it until later. I called him and he picked up right away. He had sent the text 30 minutes earlier, but there was a delay (perhaps because I was in the airport's parking garage area and reception wasn't good with my phone). If there's a delay, I strongly suggest that you give him a call instead of texting. It can prevent communication errors. Overall, it was a great experience and I'll certainly try Turo again.

The car was as said normal wear and tear but gets you where you need to go. More of an highway/short road trip type car. The host was amazing checked on my service at least once a day to make sure all is well very accommodating works well with you for whatever you need. Will rent again from this host. Thank you Mohammad for an awesome experience.

Although, the car was really smaller than I expected, I drive an SUV. I actually adjusted to it very well. There were times while driving that I would forget the size of the car. I was perfectly content with the car. It drove well, the trunk space worked well for my luggage. The price was unbeatable compared to the airport charges. The pickup. location was perfect right in the airport and a minimal charge to exit. Carlos, stayed in contact right up to my pickup. He responded quickly to my drop off. This may very well be my rental prefrence for future rentals.

Everything was perfect, I have driven few powerful cars before but this was different. If you are looking for pure raw fun driving experience, go ahead try this one. Take it to the mountains and feel how it handles every corner, I never felt this confident driving before. Thanks to Peter for letting me rent this Evo, Lancer Evo 9 is my dream car and this is the closest i could get in Vancouver. Check In and Check out was smooth, car was clean and Peter was very responsive for all my questions. I highly recommend these people and thank you guys for making these awesome cars availablefor rent. My next plan is to get Type R from them 👍

Great little car for getting around town. The 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage was clean, reliable, and very fuel-efficient. The trip went smoothly and I’d definitely rent again!

This was an incredible first time experience with renting from Turo. Jake and his team were very accommodating and helpful walking me through the rental process. The Mitsubishi Mirage was extremely clean inside and was incredibly good on gas. The rental price for the three weeks that I had the car couldn’t have been beat by any other for a car in this condition. The only con was when picking up the car at night it was a very dark area with no outside lights and a little scary for a lone woman not from the area. The lack of outside lighting made it difficult to get great pictures when picking up and dropping off the vehicle. The location for drop off and pick up was very convenient for anyone arriving through the Sky Harbor Airport.
