Although this isn’t our first time using Turo, this specific experience was unmatched. James and his wife went above and beyond every step of our trip. Not only did they make the rental pickup from the airport seamless (for pickup AND drop off), they also went out of their way to coordinate our car seat pickups for our 3 children (again-for pickup AND drop off). James and his wife make an incredible team; their professionalism and communication are impeccable. We’ve been considering a Sprinter for our growing family, so this was the perfect opportunity to try it out on vacation. It had everything we needed and more! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience all around. 11/10 recommend James and his vehicle!
Car was good. But AC needs service. Struggled in traffic or when the car was working harder, especially in the back. Host was great. Everything else was as expected.

The car was extremely clean. Pick up was super convenient. The kids absolutely loved being able to ride together and having all that space. I will definitely use again should I need a big vehicle.
The van was clean and ran well. It was perfect for our needs since we had eleven people in our group. There was adequate space for passengers with lots of room for luggage. Picking up the van was not very difficult, but took a little time since we were not used to the whole process of having to take so many pictures prior to taking possession of the vehicle when we rented from traditional car rental companies in the past.
The most cleanest truck I have ever rented even at a rental company. The van is spacious it’s like it’s brand new. The host was amazing at responding the drop off and pick up was super easy. Good on gas will rent again. First time hang turbo and it was a 5 star!
