The 2017 Ford Transit that we rented was nice, clean, and in very good condition. This vehicle is excellent on gas. Even with the high gas prices now, the Ford Transit ran a long ways before we had to refill on fuel. Mr. Isaiah is a very nice person with great customer service. The previous person I was renting from, vehicle was not ready at rental time. Mr Isaiah was there to save our trip!. Anyone needing a Transit vehicle, I highly recommend renting from Mr. Isaiah. I most definitely will rent from him again.

We rented the 15-passenger Mercedes Sprinter Van for a weekend trip from Seattle to Wenatchee for the Rufus Du Sol concerts at Gorge Amphitheatre (Jun.5-7), and it was absolutely perfect. Van rental was easy with multiple videos showing how to utilize the wheelchair strap down. Sophia was great to deal with. (5 stars) Turo website and app are TERRIBLE (0 stars) Even though I have used Turo in the past, every logon required me to call customer support to get out of Verification hell. Codes were never sent to my phone or email. Get your act together Turo!

If you're hesitant because this is a newer listing, don't be. This was one of the best Turo experiences we've had. The Transit van was spotless, exactly as pictured, and incredibly comfortable to drive and ride in. It handled beautifully on our trip, and there was plenty of storage space behind the seats for all of our luggage and gear. What really stood out was the host. Communication was outstanding from start to finish. Every message was answered quickly, and when we had a minor issue during the trip, he handled it immediately and professionally. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his guests having a great experience. The only thing that caught us off guard was that the gas fill location is by the driver's side door, so we had to look it up. That's not a complaint at all—just a helpful tip for future renters. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. The van was fantastic, the host was phenomenal, and we wouldn't hesitate to rent from him again. Highly recommend this rental to anyone considering it.
