The car was good. Efficient for big family

Vehicle had lack of maintaining with severe brake shudder causing steering wheel to wobble under braking. Vehicle was overdue for servicing as per label on windscreen. The location of the business spun rentals is in a busy spot where there is absolutely zero carparks, so you cannot come there in your own car and expect to park somewhere.
Also, dealings with the guys there is painful and unprofessional. Feels like a family business with school dropout kids doing the face to face transactions.
Rishi, we replied to you on the same day and we advised you that your unnecessary aggresive messages were not welcome, all this because you did not ask us for a parking prior to your booking and you expected us to just have a free parking for you!?
