Car worked wonderfully. Typical wear and tear for an older van we ordered. Unfortunately, I was informed that the courtesy shuttle from airport service to our van pick up was not available. Usually not an issue. But when you are traveling with 4 adults and 4 kids (under 7 years) and coming in later in the evening, it does create extra work to coordinate. The good news was I was assured that I will be reimbursed for my out of pocket expenses for the inconvenience. So I am thankful for that. But overall, car ran beautifully. So I assume the car is well maintained and they have a good system despite an older van.

They forgot to text me the after hours return policy, seats in the car were ripped heavily and had graffiti on them, and the car was given with it’s front hood open (we drove 2 hours not realizing this)

I'm from Hong Kong. This is my first time renting this 12-seater car in Sydney through this website. I rented it for eight days. The location was very convenient, the price was very reasonable, and the pickup and return process was extremely simple — I was very pleasantly surprised. Whenever I had questions, they communicated with me through the chat function on the Turo app. For a first-time user of this app, it's easy to get confused, but luckily there was a staff member to explain things during pickup. The car was exactly as described in the photos. I hope they can add more pickup locations in the future.
