Car was ok. Very spacious, suspension wasnt the best. An error message regarding the brake popped up during my trip but no issue.

Thanks Duy for renting our Renault Master Bus 12 Seatwr 😊 To clarify, the brakes were replaced prior to your booking thus the message. Suspension has no issues, it’s a bus (not an AMG with air suspension). Perhaps you are not used to driving these type of larger vehicles. Hope you had a great trip!

Unlucky with back glass windown broken when parking in my friend house at night time. Luckily , they dont charge over price

Hi Kien, thanks for your booking and review. To clarify to other guests - the rear windscreen glass was broken during guest’s booking, and we sourced a replacement for $385 to save the guest money when other quotes were $1500+. It is disappointing even after going above and beyond we fell short of a 5 star review for an issue out of our control.
