The van drives well as is very convenient for moving. Service is overdue and rear passenger side brake lights don’t work. Would hire again.

Fantastic, really great communication. The van was clean and easy to drive and pickup. Would get again.

People were lovely. Communication was ok (they sent me to a car wash to collect, and the car wash was closed - had to call them to find the keys). Car was clean, but sketchy. It had a habit of surging erratically in traffic as you slowed down / sped up. Gearbox was a bit all over the place. Driver door bent and hits on qtr panel when opening and closing. Needs a mechanical service and some TLC.

Seems like you are not used to a sequential gearbox, unfortunately that's how they are made and isn't related to how the vehicle is actually maintained.
