When I came to pick up the car it had a flat battery. Was not able to use it and lost 2 hours waiting for road assistance

The pickup was very easy and communication was good but there were multiple flaws. There was not a full tank when I picked the van up, the spare tire was in the front wheel, the alignment was off which made driving more difficult, and the van was not clean with random stuff in the storage areas.
