Host is actively engaged but car condition is average, and especially the breaking system is terrible (constantly making loud noises) and there’s cigarettes port doesnt work so no usb port charger during the trip

Car is old, interior is worn and a dirty, exterior has a few dents. Brake doesnt stop the car instantly. I would recommend replacing the brake disc. Overall it does the job but I was expecting a more decent van for the price I paid.

thank you for your feedback and I sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the van. Safety is the top priority, so I replaced the brake discs the very next day, and the brakes are now fully fixed and in great condition. I will work on improving the overall condition and cleanliness of the vehicle. Thanks again
The van was in location before the pick up time, with a full tank of gas and the owner was responsive to messages.
