Pick up was good. When we checked the vehicle and took photos, we noticed that the sealer belt would not retract. When we queried we were told that it’s not working. This was very disappointing to know that U Drive knew about it but still rented it out to us. We made a complaint but never heard anything back.

Great car with many driving safety features. Easy to drive as well. However, it is a bit dirty in the interior and also one of the seatbelts is faulty.
