Chen is so helpful. He asked me if I need a trolley before I pick up the van. Car condition is so nice and clean.

Chen was helpful and communication with him was good. Navigation system on board was in Japanese so that was not used. Lining in the van needed to be repatched on.

Decent drive, reasonably priced, came with a small trolley which is great. 12 minute walk from station. I wish there is a phone holder for navigation that’d be great!
