I had a very disappointing experience renting this car through Turo. The vehicle broke down in the middle of the highway, leaving me stranded and in a very difficult situation.
What made the experience even worse was the lack of support from Turo. I was not provided with a replacement vehicle, nobody came to pick me up, and the app did not offer an effective solution. I was left without transportation and had no way to return to Hobart.
Turo should provide better assistance in emergency situations, including prompt transportation, a replacement vehicle, and clear communication. Unfortunately, the support I received was not adequate, and I was unable to continue my trip as planned.
