The van itself was fine. But the pick up was very frustrating: the listed pickup address was outdated, which wasted half an hour as I waited for a message back from the host. When I got to the actual pickup location, there was no mobile data coverage, which made checkout less than smooth.
Sorry for the inconvenience. We relocated 2 weeks ago and messaged to every guest but obviously we missed yours. We are still communicating with building management for power and basement wireless signal. So far, we haven’t got lucky but we will keep on communicating with management. hopefully it can be sorted in near future.

“Great van to rent — comfortable, and drove really well. It was very responsive on the road and had useful features like a phone holder, Bluetooth connection, and a reverse camera which made the trip much easier and more convenient. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience. Would definitely rent again!”
