The car was great and did the job, but the listing description was different from the car I got. Meant to be a 2017 Hiace LWB but got a taller similar car instead. Had to change my plans because it was too tall for city indoor car parks, but it all worked out fine. I did leave a pair of ear muffs in the car. Contacted them to try to get it back but never responded. All in all, a good car booking service.

We were a group of 8 adults and 3 children and the 12 seater Hiace suited us well. Pick up and drop off instructions were clear. We requested 2 child seats but there was only one at pickup. The owner quickly rectified by buying a new one!
