The car was rundown but fine for the low price. Pick up and drop off was annoying as the car is about 10 min from the airport. They send a link for an Uber voucher when you arrive but we were in a large group and we couldn’t book 2 Ubers simultaneously. On drop off the link didn’t work so I had to pay and the company said they will reimburse me - I hope they do. Overall fine and good price but pickup and drop off a bit complicated.

The pick up location and host we're alright. However the 12 seater van we booked left much to be desired. We knew it was an older model (2014) but thought the condition would be better. The interiors were ripped and damaged in several places and most importantly, it was quite the ordeal to drive, especially when slowing down with a vehicle full of people - the entire vehicle and steering wheel would vibrate so much when the brakes were applied. Since there were no other vehicles available, we had to settle for this one. Will make it a point to not take an older vehicle unless thoroughly drive tested.
