I was disappointed with the service provided. The van was advertised as being available for pickup at Melbourne Airport, which was a key reason for choosing this rental. However, after booking, we were instructed to travel 30–40 minutes away from both the airport and our hotel to collect the vehicle.

This was very inconvenient, especially when travelling with a group and expecting an airport pickup as advertised. The vehicle itself was fine, but the misleading pickup information created unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I would recommend that the listing accurately reflect the actual pickup location to avoid disappointing future renters.

Thank you, Panyero! There was a small change in the pickup and drop-off point that wasn't included in the instructions on the Turo app, but the van owner texted the address beforehand. Since we had already planned our travel time and considered transportation costs (as we had to take public transport), we scheduled everything based on the original pickup address. Later, we had to change it to another address (which was not far from the original) and had to make a slight adjustment to the schedule. Nonetheless, we had a good trip!
