Chin was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. The van was in excellent condition, clean, spacious, and absolutely perfect for what I needed. Everything went smoothly, and the whole experience was great. Highly recommend renting from Chin! 😊

Hi Jessica! Thank you for your feedback. Glad everything went well during your trip.
In regards to the handbrake, there are instructions along with a video in the vehicle listing details to the guest.
In saying that, all Toyota Hiaces have this type of handbrake, and I understand it might have been tricky if you have never used one before. You could consider using a different type of vehicle next time if that would make things easier for you.
Chin was fantastic, accomodating and very helpful.
