This was the worst hire experience anyone could ever have. Booking was made 8PM to 8PM and then at last minute got a call that van must be picked up at 1PM on the booking day and has to be returned by 1PM on the drop off day. They never accepted their online booking confirmation, and made me pay additional charges for the change in booking which they forced.
It was complete harassment as they knew that I cannot go anywhere else after paying them the full amount on the time of booking. Forcing the clients to make changes as per their convenient and then charging them for that was absolute disgraceful.

Great experience all round. I had a couple of changes to my trip this was met with ease and was changed swiftly. Also l was able to leave my car and was locked away I didn't expect that Thank you!
