Communication wasn’t made till day of travel which added a whole lot of stress but they tried to accommodate as much as possible just would’ve been nice to have had that communication prior so other arrangements could have been made, booking this van was meant to make travel as seamless as possible but ended up adding hours onto our travel time because organising things last minute was tough. Great vehicle tho, would possibly hire again with better comms
