They were fantastic! Accomodating, easy going, and even when things got wonky on our end with checking in officially on the turo app, they were able to help! The truck was also perfect for what we needed!

The car delivered was completely different from the listing photos. The original photos showed a clean, plain white vehicle, but the actual car was covered in advertisements ("andy’s rent".) and paint spots everywhere inside . To make matters worse, there is a terrible odor inside. Very disappointing experience and completely unacceptable.
