The car was rattly, suspension was not great, every time I book a car you cancel it or it’s not available, you make me cancel it swap a car, making my pick up late, which stuffs around my plans.
The car rental company is not in tune with the Turo app and communication is shocking.
Really poor service, I’m not satisfied at all, and really don’t want to try using your service again

That's ok. Service expectations differed significantly. While polite, communication & timelines were challenging. We wish them well & feel our services may not be the best fit for any future bookings.
