5 star service and vehicle. Dealing with Oussama was an absolute pleasure. From the moment we landed at Melbourne airport right through to the moment we left again, Oussama was very responsive, very helpful and flexible. Right from meeting us at the airport earlier than we had arranged through to assisting us with vehicle extensions right up until the day before we left the service from Oussama was exceptional. I can highly recommend Oussama and his vehicle, nearly brand new and extremely clean, a true pleasurable experience all round. 5 star service and vehicle
