The vehicle itself drove well, was clean, and the handover and drop-off process was easy.
However, I was very disappointed that the ute was shown in the listing photos with a tow bar, but when we picked it up, there was no tow bar fitted. More importantly, the vehicle did not have a spare tyre, and we were never informed of this beforehand.
We were travelling and camping off-grid with our 18-month-old child, often in areas with little or no phone reception. If we had suffered a flat tyre in one of those locations, we could have been left stranded with a young child, which is a serious safety concern.
While the vehicle itself was fine to drive, I believe the owner needs to take more care to ensure the listing accurately represents the vehicle and that important information, particularly the absence of a spare tyre..

My vehicle actually had both the tow hitch and spare tyre.
I have only realised it's missing as you have brought it up.
The items have gone missing on a previous hire and seems as though a customer has removed them and not told me.
