I have never had a worse experience. Usually my trips through Turo are seamless however Gigi from Turo was terrible. Woeful communication and directed me to the wrong location for pick up. The actual host was fantastic and couldn’t speak more highly of Roop.
Service expectations differed significantly. While polite, communication & timelines were challenging. We wish them well & feel our services may not be the best fit for any future bookings.
