The tyre pressure false indicator is a safety concern
As well as info for petrol been ignored, requested a rebate $50 cos of extra fuel been filled up to 200km

The indicator shows tyre pressure while on your trip. It was not like that prior. It looks as if a tyre was damaged & run flat was on. You should have called roadside assistance. As for the fuel, you only had to return it to the level it was given to you. Thank you
Pick up was seemless and instructions very clear. Car was very clean and presentable and a pleasure to drive. It was chosen to carry 4 people and did the Job in comfort and ease, especially with the hot days encountered. Drop off was als0 seemless. Communication was EXCELLENT, given I have experienced many other operators, this was definately the best. If I had a small irritation was the cost of extending the hire for an extra day. although easy to navigate to extend, and admitedly the overall hire cost was reasonable, I felt the extension cost was a tad too high relative to the overall cost, otherwise I am more thna happy to recoomend the service. Good work guys. Cheers

Car was reserved for Christmas Day. No keys. We were told keys should be there for car in space 32. No car in space 32. No car for 90 minutes. We were told the “onsite staff” was working on it ~ we were the only people in the whole building other than the very nice bus drivers.
The reservation was simple: 1 car for 3 days. I received 64 separate emails from Turo. Impossible to get a person on the phone.
Car was fine.

Service expectations differed significantly. While polite, communication & timelines were challenging. We wish them well & feel our services may not be the best fit for any future bookings.
