Car was good to drive, comfortable and fuel efficient.
Unsure if I was misunderstanding the controls, or an issue, but AC was not working. Luckily the weather wasn’t too warm

It was so terrible experience for us, it was my friend’s birthday and we were gone for one day trip and AC is not working, we tried to connect with turo and try to get help, but no one was helping at that time.

This was a very disappointing experience. The host wasted over 4 hours of my time due to poor coordination and delays. When the car was finally provided, it had mechanical faults, making it unreliable and stressful to use.
A rental car should be ready, safe, and in proper working condition — this was not the case. The lack of professionalism and the inconvenience caused completely ruined my plans.
I would not recommend this host and suggest others avoid booking unless they are prepared for delays and vehicle issues.
Charged 200$ for those four hours as well car was driven 35 kms .
