Bad pick up arrangement in airport, so I must pay extra $39 for UBER to pick up my car in their home
Never use this service
You were instructed to message us when you arrived at the airport, we sent a shuttle car to collect you, you did not respond to the driver
We had other guests to attend to because you were late, we could of easily cancelled and left you stranded but gave you the option to collect the car, it’s not our fault you could not follow simple instructions! You are by far the rudest individual we have ever encountered and will never rent a car to you ever again and we hope other hosts don’t either!
