Rented the Chery Tiggo 4 for a week, primarily for a road trip down to Wilsons Prom for some hiking, alongside everyday errands around town. It handled both seamlessly.

​The highlight of the experience was the door-to-door convenience—having the car delivered straight to my home and picked up at the end of the rental took all the hassle out of the process. Communication was swift and clear throughout, and the pricing was very competitive.

​The car itself was comfortable, reliable, and performed exactly as it should on both highway stretches and regional roads. A completely smooth, issue-free hire from start to finish. I’d happily recommend it and would definitely book again for future getaways.

The car was great - very comfortable and loaded with tech.

The host was also friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout. We had an issue with Apple CarPlay shortly after pickup, and he came back out to resolve it for us.

Unfortunately, an otherwise smooth experience was overshadowed by a co-host or family member at the host’s property during drop-off.

I accidentally parked the car the wrong way around, which was entirely my mistake. However, rather than simply asking me to move it, this individual chose to scream at my girlfriend and me from the front porch with a level of alarm that suggested the vehicle had been parked in the Pacific Ocean rather than simply facing the wrong direction.

As a result, the host was forced to move the vehicle onto the property to placate him, before we had finished unloading our belongings or completed the checkout process.

When we went onto the property to collect our things and take the required checkout photos, the same individual remained argumentative, stood over me while I was taking the photos, and generally made what should have been a routine return feel unnecessarily confrontational.

The vehicle itself was excellent, and the host had been helpful throughout, which made the final few minutes feel like they belonged to a completely different booking.

The host also declined to step in, or answer who the man at his property berating his customers was, which was disappointing.

Given the otherwise entirely positive experience, I’d strongly suggest keeping this individual away from customer interactions in future.
