Apple Car Play sadly didn’t work and shuttle to car was longer than advertised
thank you for your review, unfortunately, if you can not work technology there is not much we can do to help you, furthermore no hair was present in the car and can be backed up by the pre trip photos, introduction of hair most likely from you as you were doing an animal related course and we can only assume you did this to avoid any financial penalties, we would invite you to take your business elsewhere,

Overall a decent trip. A big concern was the fact you had to drive 30 minutes from the airport to get to the car pickup. I wish this was advertised better in the booking, it made us very time poor for what we needed to get done.
The people running the rental company are lovely however and good to talk to for the drive.
The car was great! Only problem was the Apple CarPlay was a little tricky to understand. The car kept recognizing my iPhone as an android for some reason so it took numerous goes to reconnect.
