Tyre blew out on the highway. Only choice given was to allow the host to tow it back. No replacement car provided.
We're sorry to hear about the tyre issue during your trip. Unfortunately, we didn't have an available vehicle to provide as a replacement at the time. In these situations, Turo will assist with arranging a replacement vehicle when possible. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience caused.

The service was truly terrible, and the communication was just as bad. The people I dealt with were very rude, and the information provided by the app and UD DRIVE was completely misleading and needs to be updated. Thank you to manyak for helping me out during the trip.
