Alex was very easy to deal with he was prompt with his replies, made pick up and delivery a very smooth process, and was also very accommodating- little welcome snacks and cold water after our flights, made sure the car seats where installed correctly and in the position I preferred. Jack and Vie were excellent hosts and great communicators. The Nissan worked perfectly for our family of 6 (space for luggage and car seats). They made pickup super easy and responded quickly with questions during the trip. Drop off was a little stressful since it wasn’t at BNE, but they worked with us to make it the best experience possible. Would definitely rent again when in the Brisbane area.

The vehicle was excellent and exceeded my expectations, particularly because this was my first time using Turo and I did not know what to expect. Matt was kind and genial during the vehicle hand over and was easy to communicate with when discussing the pick up and drop off. The car itself ran great, it is really good on petrol and was a clean and comfortable means of commuting around Brizzy and the Gold Coast. We had a blast using this vehicle for our beach-related adventures these past 5 days and are already planning to make a return trip back in another month or so with the hopes of booking this vehicle with Matt again if it is available. If you're in the area, do yourself a favour and book this vehicle. You will not be disappointed!
