Jack and Vie were excellent hosts and great communicators. The Nissan worked perfectly for our family of 6 (space for luggage and car seats). They made pickup super easy and responded quickly with questions during the trip. Drop off was a little stressful since it wasn’t at BNE, but they worked with us to make it the best experience possible. Would definitely rent again when in the Brisbane area.

In addition, the host provided us with some of the best customer service we have ever experienced. They were very responsive, kind, and promptly helped us if we had any queries. I was dubious when someone mentioned Turo as i've always used the big companies at the airport, but after looking into it more, it looked like a great option, I found Hayden and his cars and went ahead with his Mazda 3 for 14 days from Brizzie airport, it was seamless, great communication direct with Hayden and his team. A couple of weeks before our trip I decided I needed a bigger car as I may want to get a bicycle into it, when I asked if this was possible they instantly changed the booking to the hyundai Kona for the same price, so easy. Picking up the car could not have been easier, no waiting in line at the rental desk or dealing with their unfriendly staff, Nathan's instruction were so clear and we were on our way in no time, the car was dream and drop off at the end was even easier, I would recommend Hayden to anyone looking for a great deal with 5 star service.. Oh, did I mention we also saved a ton of money 👌
