The Jeep was immaculate, such a nice car to drive. Terance was great and very easy to deal with. Will hire from Terance again next time we’re up here.

The best car to explore Cairns

Terrance is a great guy, super friendly and Helpful. The Jeep is awesome. Comfortable and fun to drive with a heap of power for the steep winding roads through the mountains. Super easy to park anywhere, and an amazing turning circle which made parking and U-Turns on tight roads a breeze. Couldn’t recommend a better car for a couple traveling the area and up to the Daintree.

Terance was professional, easy to communicate with and provided an amazing experience with Turo. The Jeep was in great condition, the instructions for pick up and drop off were clear and precise. Terance the host was on time for pick up and drop off and provided clear communications at all times. The car was as described and was in excellent condition.
At the end of the trip we didn't realise we had to "check out" on the app. After returning the car on time, we got a message from TURO to say we would be charged with extra for the "extended" hire as we had not checked out so the system thinks we have not returned the car . Terance was great in helping us sort it out by calling TURO to set the record straight.
TURO as a whole was a little tricky to navigate as we had a lot of problems adding a second driver. Again, when we reached out to Terance , he was helpful in providing us with the customer service number. So 5 stars for Terance but 3 Stars for TURO.
