Secure your spot at the 2026 Power Host Summit
By registering or joining the waitlist, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to all the policies and code of conduct outlined in the sections below.
Tickets are free
Tickets to the Power Host Summit are free, with meals and drinks included during the event. You’ll need to cover the cost of your flight, hotel, and any other expenses.
Hosts with 20+ vehicles are invited to bring a plus-one
To make sure there’s enough space for as many Power Hosts as possible, plus-one tickets will be limited this year. Hosts with 20+ vehicles can reserve one plus-one ticket, and hosts with 40+ vehicles can reserve up to two, while supplies last.
If your invite indicates that you can bring a plus-one, you must reserve their ticket when you register — plus-ones cannot be added later. All guests must be 21+.
Tickets are non-transferable
Your ticket is associated with your Turo account, so it’s non-transferable. If for any reason you can no longer attend the event, contact us and we’ll offer your ticket to the next person on the waitlist.

Registration & ticket policies
1. Turo email requirement: Hosts must register using the email address associated with their active Turo account in order to verify your host status and ensure accurate communication.
2. Host eligibility: Attendance at the Power Host Summit is by invitation only and is open to two categories of Turo hosts:
Power Hosts: Eligibility is based on your Power Host status in the most recent quarterly evaluation prior to ticket sales. If you qualify as a Power Host at the time of registration, your ticket will be honored even if your Power Host status changes in subsequent evaluations before the Summit.
Select non-Power Hosts with 40+ vehicles: A limited number of invitations will be extended to highly enterprising non-Power Hosts who manage 40 or more active vehicles. These hosts will receive a direct invitation from Turo with specific registration instructions.
Note: Being eligible does not guarantee you a ticket. If registration has closed or if capacity has been reached, you can monitor Turo communications for any potential additional ticket release or waitlist opportunities.
3. Plus-one registration: Some hosts are permitted to bring a specified number of guests (“plus-ones”), which you’ll see during registration. Each plus-one must be registered at the same time as the host, using the host’s Turo email address. Separate registration for plus-ones is not permitted.
4. Non-transferable tickets: All tickets for the Power Host Summit are strictly non-transferable. Tickets cannot be sold, gifted, or otherwise transferred to another individual, including those on the waitlist. Any ticket you attempt to transfer will automatically be canceled.
5. No on-site ticket sales: To manage capacity and ensure a secure environment, tickets will not be available at the door. Only attendees with confirmed registrations will be granted entry to the event.
6. Name badge requirement: Upon arrival, all registered attendees (hosts and their registered plus-one(s)) will receive a name badge. This badge must be worn and visible at all times while at the conference venue. It serves as your official credential for access to all Power Host Summit activities.
Waitlist policies
1. Waitlist availability: Should the Power Host Summit sell out, a waitlist option may become available and information on how to join the waitlist will be displayed on the official Summit registration page.
2. Waitlist process:
Signing up for the waitlist does not guarantee a ticket.
Waitlist offers will be extended on a first-come, first-served basis, to eligible hosts as spaces become available due to cancellations.
Only the individual who signed up for the waitlist will be offered a ticket. Waitlist offers do not include a plus-one, and registered waitlist attendees are not permitted to bring a guest. Waitlist offers are non-transferable.
Waitlisted individuals will be notified via email if a ticket becomes available. This notification will include a limited timeframe (e.g. 24-48 hours) to complete their registration. If you miss the deadline, the ticket will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
Turo is not responsible for missed waitlist notifications due to incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or other technical issues on the recipient's end.
Age restrictions and child policies
1. Minimum age requirement: The Power Host Summit is designed as a professional networking and educational event for adult Turo hosts. Therefore, attendees must be 21 years of age or older to attend the general conference sessions and evening events.
2. No children or minors permitted: Due to the professional nature of the event and the presence of alcoholic beverages at certain functions, children and individuals under the age of 18 are generally not permitted to attend the Power Host Summit.
3. Exceptions (e.g. nursing infants): In exceptional circumstances, such as for nursing infants, please contact events@turo.com prior to registration to discuss potential accommodations. Any such exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis and require pre-approval from the event organizers. Unregistered children or minors will be denied entry.
Code of conduct
1. Respectful environment: We are committed to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards fellow attendees, speakers, event staff, and venue personnel.
2. Compliance with venue rules: Attendees must comply with all rules and regulations of the conference venue. This includes, but is not limited to, restrictions on outside food and beverages, smoking policies, and emergency procedures.
3. Consequences of policy violations: Turo reserves the right to revoke the registration and eject any attendee who violates these policies, engages in disruptive behavior, or whose presence negatively impacts the experience of other attendees. In such cases, further action, including potential suspension from the Turo platform, may be considered.
