About the event
The annual Power Host Summit is a two-day conference where hundreds of top Turo hosts come together to get exclusive insights about the Turo marketplace and how to grow their car sharing business. Power Hosts have the opportunity to share ideas with each other, meet Turo leadership and team members, and chat with official sponsors.
It’s free to attend the Power Host Summit, and food and beverages will be provided during the event. However, you’re responsible for covering the cost of your flights, hotel, and any other travel expenses.
The 2026 Power Host Summit will take place on Tuesday, February 17 and Wednesday, February 18, in Orlando, Florida. The venue is Althea Lake Nona Events Center, at 7215 Corner Drive, Orlando, Florida.
The recommended dress code is smart casual or business casual. We encourage you to wear comfortable, professional attire that will allow you to focus on learning and networking throughout the event, while moving between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The Lake Nona area is full of restaurants, activities, and attractions for any budget. Take a look at the Lake Nona community page to help you plan where to eat and what to do when you visit.
Registration & tickets
The Power Host Summit is open to all Turo hosts who have achieved Power Host status at the time of registration, with accounts in good standing. A limited number of invitations will also be extended to non-Power Hosts who operate 40 or more active vehicles.
To make sure there’s enough space for as many Power Hosts as possible, plus-one tickets will be limited this year. Hosts with 20+ vehicles can reserve one plus-one ticket, and hosts with 40+ vehicles can reserve up to two, while supplies last.
If your invite indicates that you’re eligible for a plus-one ticket, you must reserve their ticket when you register — plus-ones cannot be added later. All guests must be 21+.
Using your Turo email address allows us to verify your host status and ensures that we can get in touch with you with any event updates.
Please make sure that the name and email address you’re using for registration match your Turo account. If you’re still having issues getting your ticket, reach out to events@turo.com.
Keep an eye on your inbox. In the event that space opens up, we’ll offer any available spots to the next individuals on the waitlist on a first-come, first-served basis.
If a ticket becomes available due to cancellations and you’re next on the waitlist, we’ll notify you via email. You’ll have 24 hours to complete the registration, or else the offer will be rescinded and extended to the next eligible person on the waitlist.
Power Host Summit tickets are non-transferable. In the event that you can no longer attend the Summit, please cancel your ticket or send an email to events@turo.com so we can offer your spot to the next person on the waitlist.
Travel & hotel
If you’d like a discounted room at the official hotel of the Power Host Summit, be sure to book your stay at the Aloft Orlando Lake Nona no later than January 26, 2026 (while supply lasts). A friendly reminder that you’re responsible for covering your accommodation costs.
We recommend arriving no later than the morning of Tuesday, February 17, and flying out on Thursday, February 19.
The official hotel of the Power Host Summit, Aloft Orlando Lake Nona, is directly connected to the venue and is offering a special discount to attendees who book by January 26, 2026, while supply lasts. However, you’re welcome to stay somewhere else if you’d prefer.
Orlando in February is typically warm and sunny during the day. Average highs are low to mid 70s and average lows are low to mid 50s. The venue will be air-conditioned with some outdoor spaces, so it’s a good idea to bring a sun hat and an extra layer.

During the two-day event, there will be a mix of presentations, panel discussions, and Q&As with Turo leadership and team members, Power Hosts, and guest speakers. There will be more interactive breakout sessions, and plenty of time to mix and mingle with other Power Hosts in attendance.
You don’t need to bring a laptop or any equipment to the Power Host Summit, but you may want to bring something for taking notes during the sessions. Just remember that you’ll be moving throughout the event, so it’s a good idea to pack light.
Tons! There will be plenty of time to connect and network. You’ll have time to meet with fellow Power Hosts during breakout discussions and dedicated networking sessions. And you'll get a chance to meet some of the Turo leadership team and connect with our sponsors who can help you grow your business.
