Lou is a great host and my first Turo experience with him was fantastic. The convenience of child seats and premium stroller being added for a much better price then the rental co's sealed the deal. Will def try to snag a minivan from Lou on the next trip with my children.
The van served its purpose. We were 8 passengers total with backpacks and carryons each. Rear storage worked out perfectly for us! A/C takes a bit to distribute to everyone but we were overall comfortable. Middle seats are definitely for slimmer people. Cleanliness of the vehicle wasn’t the best. We found some trash and vehicle roof, seats, and cup holders were noticeably dirty. Unarguably vehicle worked out for the price point to get us from point A to point B. For getting you around town- book it!

The service was outstanding, communication was quick and clear, and they were always responsive and helpful throughout the rental process. Everything went smoothly from pickup to return. This Kia Carnival is brand new and was amazing for our family trip! The van is very clean, modern, and super spacious. Everyone had plenty of legroom, and all our luggage fit easily.The car ran smoothly and gave us total peace of mind on the road. The host was wonderful, very professional, kind, and supportive from the start to the end of the trip. Communication was fast and easy. I used the Kia Carnival for a trip to Richmond, VA, and it was perfect for the trip. There was plenty of room for everyone and all of our luggage, which made the ride comfortable the entire way. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and drove great. The extra space was especially helpful with multiple passengers and bags. Ziggy was great to work with, and the whole experience was smooth and easy. I would definitely rent from him again and highly recommend

Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and the service was excellent. I’ll be traveling to New Jersey again in the future, and I will definitely use this host and car again. Renting the van from Angela was amazing! She made it super convenient to pick it up when we arrived very early in the morning and met us at the terminal for the return. The van was immaculate and had amazing conveniences like phone holders and fast passes (so we didn't have to worry with credit cards at the toll booths). The next time I'm in the NY area I will surely rent from Angela again!!
