Pick up & drop off was easy, sight manager who handed keys was very polite. Because there are heaps of hosts, the communication was bad. Constantly received messages after I extended the car to remind me of past drop off dates. Received a call twice if I’ve returned the car, when car was already returned. Car was clean, a few stains on the roof top & scratches but nothing effecting the drive.

Great car just confusing at the pickup place as the receptionist lady didn’t know how to process Turo bookings and said our booking was for a different day when it wasn’t and the car was in the caryard the whole time. All in all great experience.
