Dealing with this company was a constant struggle! There are multiple people communicating but you don’t get anywhere. They provided a car that was dirty and had rubbish in it, uber took me to the wrong location and they didn’t resolve that issue.
Service expectations differed significantly. While polite, communication & timelines were challenging. We wish them well & feel our services may not be the best fit for any future bookings.

Great family car and so far it’s been good with customer service

Communication on the pick up of the car can be better. Was told to expect an Uber to pick me up to a location 10mins away upon arrival but had to stand in the cold for 20mins waiting for reply while the car is all along parked at the long term carpark.
