Car was good. There was trash left from previous rental. This is a car rental company. They DO NOT offer airport pickup, even though they advertise and charge for it. They just order and Uber to take you to there lot. We reserved a van because we had 8 people and paid for airport pickup because Ubers can’t accommodate 8 people and I wanted an expeditious pickup. They paid for a small Uber for part of us and we paid for another for the rest of our group. They did not reimburse even though I requested it. For drop off, they did not arrange any ride at all at the time we needed to drop iff so we had to arrange that at our own expense as well. They should not advertise or charge for airport pickup.
