I will give a 5 star because the host was nice how ever the address that’s posted on the app for pick up and drop off are not where you will be picking up and dropping off. No clear instructions language barrier may have been the issue. I had to pick up the car at the airport parking structure which was a bit difficult specially if you’re not familiar wasn’t hard after I figure it out but price and everything else was fine. Would be nice to know where you are dropping off and picking up car ahead of reservation
Allow me to set the scene, I had a free rental through a popular rental car chain but decided to take the road less traveled and grab a vehicle on Turo for this trip. Besides coming to Hawaii, this was the best decision I’ve made. Burak was very kind and helpful through this experience and the ride was amazing! It was a decision of a bigger vehicle or convertible, but a convertible with three other adults just seemed cramped. Well this 2026 Jeep Wrangler gave us space and an automatic retracting roof. Push a button and it does the work. The speakers switched to overhead automatically so we could still vibe. Going through the canyon with that open to hit north shore was a perfect moment. I even extended by a day and Burak quickly approved. I would definitely rent another vehicle through him for future trips.
Wow. Just wow. If you’re planning to rent a car while in Oahu, this Ford Mustang convertible is absolutely the way to do it. There’s nothing like dropping the top and cruising along the island coastlines with the Hawaiian sun and ocean views around you. It honestly became one of the highlights of our trip. The car itself was spotless, fun to drive, and perfect for exploring the island. But what really made the experience exceptional was Gabriel. From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive, professional, and accommodating. Pick-up and drop-off were seamless, and he went out of his way to make everything easy and stress-free for our family. If you’re considering renting a vehicle in Oahu, do yourself a favor and rent from Gabriel. You won’t regret it!

This Jeep was absolutely awesome. Prince was super easy to work with. Drop off was easier than I could’ve ever imagined. He was at my hotel with keys in hand right when I needed it. He was waiting at the airport for pickup so we got to let our trip last as long as possible and didn’t need to pay for an uber. Way easier than a rental car company. Car was squeaky clean. If you’re considering a jeep in Hawaii and don’t go for an electric convertible like this one you’re making a mistake. Whole experience was absolute luxury at an incredible price. Can’t wait till I come back and rent this jeep again. 10/10!

Very straightforward rental process. Arrived at the pick up, got in the car, drove it around for 4 days, cleaned it up, dropped it off in the same lot and checked out. Host was easily reachable by phone.
Great jeep. These type of tires have road noise. Great value. I would rent again. Not my wife's cup of tea, lifted so harder for some people.to get in and out. 4 cyl turbo.t tops.

William was a great host. He communicated well, clearly and timely. It was my first time using Turo. He kindly answered all my questions and provided clear instructions. He was flexible and met me when we arrived at the vehicle, which wasn’t my originally selected pick-up time. I have a toddler that had traveled across time zones so the flexibility was appreciated! The vehicle was lovely, clean and taken care of. I would definitely rent from William again.

BEST RENTAL CAR EVER! It was so fun to drive and the top was easy enough to take off after watching a video. Friends loved it. Girls couldn’t get enough of it. Decent gas mileage. Would love to rent again. I might get a wrangler after renting this lol
