The owner was extremely communicative and provided clear, detailed instructions for everything, which made the entire process completely painless. Pickup and drop-off were easy, and I had no issues at all during my trip. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend!

I would definitely be using this company again and I do recommend them 100 percent. I must say honestly at first it was a bit of confusion which raised my anxiety because this was my first time in Houston. However things do happen never the less they tried to make the best and help in every way they can. The car drove good and it holds gas very very well. Also , they are fast with responding. Although I did have to reach out to them and the car was not at the location by the time I landed but that was not a big deal because I myself was also late to pick up the car , because the car was at hobby and I landed at Bush. And my sister was having an allergic reaction in the middle of everything. Again my first time in Houston However also just be aware of the parking because I did have to pay $16 which they claim they are not responsible for , however I do believe they refunded $5 because I was late even tho I communicated that earlier and they were late with the car as well. Anyhow they still do deserve the 5 stars because the car was a very good car. And anytime I reached out to them they were very very responsive. I definitely would recommend these host again but just note there are things you have to be on top of. Simple mishaps yes but it was nothing that they were not willing to help fix. They were polite because they communicated with me until I arrived to the actual airport the car was. The greatest thing there was nothing wrong with the car. They gave on a full tank and that last me the entire weekend so I only had to fill up when I was leaving.

Easy and smooth process. Car was clean and was perfect for our trip to Houston. Customer service was excellent and they were quick to answer any questions I had. The best part is they have an option to add a car seat or booster seat! Major plus. Would highly recommend this vehicle and host.

Great car! Host was excellent. Would totally rent again. Great communication and we even had to extend the trip halfway through. Host was wonderful and very accommodating.

Windows were a little dirty. Car was a great rental at a great price. Service on site was polite and helpful. Good instructions on picking up and dropping off. The previous renter who smoked in the car should learn that there's always a tiny hint left behind for perpetuity. They should lose their rental privileges... I will happily rent from this host again!

Had a great experience with the Miata! The car was extremely clean and smelled great as soon as I got in. The interior and seats were in excellent condition, and everything was ready to go when I picked it up. The car drove perfectly the entire trip with absolutely no issues. Really fun car to drive and an overall smooth experience. I’d definitely rent it again!

Cool car really no issues! This charging port problem might be a Nissan issue not certain cars
