I had a terrible experience booking with another host who tried to rent me a car that I’m certain was stolen and had no plates or VIN anywhere so I was able to cancel last minute and when I booked with Erica she responded directly after booking it and was able to get us moving on our vacation on an extremely short notice with a beautiful car that was perfect for a single dad to take his 2 kids on a vacation and school clothes shopping with.
