Absolutely amazing host! She was incredibly flexible, understanding, and professional throughout the entire experience. We ended up getting lost during our trip and needed the car for a few extra hours, and she was so kind and accommodating about extending the rental. She made what could have been a stressful situation feel so much easier with her patience and understanding. Car was as described including self driving and they accommodated us on switching the pickup and drop off locations from booking. They were about 10 minutes late dropping off the car, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall very happy and would rent again!
