Horrible experience, no communication between the owner of the of account and the person dropping and picking up the car. Agreed to change to an earlier drop off by 3 hours and I booked my flight accordingly. The time for drop off arrived and the host was unreachable called over 10 times and sent multiple messages through the app no reply causing me to miss my flight which cost me over $400. The way they chose to communicate with me is by finding my instagram which is very strange nearly 40 minutes after the agreed drop off time. Very unprofessional
