Absolutely stellar service! I originally booked a Mustang convertible, but unfortunately there was an unexpected issue with the convertible roof. The team handled the situation incredibly well and went above and beyond to make sure it didn’t affect our experience.
John and team quickly arranged another Mustang for us, which was just as comfortable and enjoyable to drive, and made sure everything was taken care of smoothly and fairly. I really appreciated how responsive, accommodating, and proactive they were throughout the whole process.
I will definitely book my ride from John again when I’m back!

Host was responsive. Pick up at the airport was easy, although a bit delayed due to freeway traffic. Car is really nice to drive. Unfortunately the roof did not work for some reason so we could not take full advantage of having a convertible car and excellent weather. To be fair, the roof worked when demonstrated at pick up so not sure why it didn’t work later. Maybe an electrical fault. Drop off was also easy.
