The hosts were amazing and super helpful. A super streamlined process. The car is cute but there were several occasions where the transmission skipped a gear leaving me in neutral and unable to get back into gear. About 5-6 times over my 5 week hire. It often occurred in busy intersections and was super stressful holding up traffic. It would always go back into gear after you turned the car off and on 5 or 6 times but still a really big safety issue in my eyes. Not the host’s fault at all, they were super helpful when it happened but definitely something to get checked out. Otherwise the car is clean, can park literally anywhere and the convertible roof is a really fun feature. I would hire this car again!
