Had multiple cars from Turo now, the cars don't get serviced, dodgy company.

The damage on the vehicle was not there when it was handed over to you, as evidenced in our pre rental photos. Athe time of pick up our team member checked the car and politely pointed out the damaged area to you to which you then became aggressive and raising your voice at them for no reason.
The car you rented is 1 year old and serviced by Mercedes there is no issue with this car and this is the only car you have rented from our company we have never had a booking from you in the past
