The car was amazing. Incredibly clean, low miles, nice to drive, easy to park. However, getting to and from the pickup location is a pain and incurs additional expense and time (I paid an additional $35). This was not explained clearly when I booked.
Thank you for your review Colin. The detailed directions to our office for pick up were provided after booking. As we explained to you Perth has 2 airport terminals which are 10-15 minutes drive from each other, unfortunately we can’t control this this is a government planning issue and when you book we don’t know which airport you are coming from so this issue is out of our control.

The car was amazing, well presented and clean, and the team were amazing too. Very helpful on arrival and dropoff and prompt replies throughout the trip! Would use again.
